Hi, I'm Carolyn Wilson
Empowering confidence and lifelong learning in every child.

My Story
Family
I married my husband in 2010, and we have three daughters whom I’ve always homeschooled. I’ve lived in Frostproof since I was 14, and in 2014 my husband and I moved back and started our hobby farm.

Education & Career
I graduated from Frostproof Middle-Senior High and served in the Navy for four years. Later, I earned a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Master’s in Education: Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix.

Experience with Co-ops & Farming
I’ve run farm camps, hosted farm tours, and more for the past 6 years. I also helped start and run a microschool for four years before stepping back to focus on our family’s priorities with the farm and our children’s education.

Building Confidence
Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that every child is an explorer. We nurture confidence by creating a safe space for hands-on discovery, where mistakes are seen as milestones and community is the heartbeat of learning.Â
Â
While religion is not part of our curriculum and our classes are secular in nature, I am a Christian and my faith is an important part of who I am. I may occasionally speak about God or my beliefs in a natural way. I also welcome families who believe differently and want you to feel free to share your own views. We work on a system of mutual respect—because building a strong community starts with honoring one another.

The Co-op Difference

Nurturing Confidence
We cultivate a space where every child feels safe to take risks, ask questions, and grow into their authentic self through supportive social interactions.

Hands-On Discovery
Our interactive programs are tailored to build self-assurance, proving to children that they are capable of achieving great things through experimentation.

Strong Community
Join a dedicated group of homeschooling families sharing resources and support, creating a village that empowers both students and parents.
